Lake Fort Meadow Pavilion is located on the picturesque grounds of Bolton Street Tavern in Marlborough MA. Overlooking the beautiful Fort Meadows, this very scenic area is the perfect location for those looking for an outdoor covered pavilion, somewhat barn style-setting, for your upcoming function needs.
The Lake Fort Meadow grounds have been the background for thousands of memories over the course of over a century. Our new Pavilion is covered and holds up to 150 Guests to enjoy the gorgeous view, while celebrating a fabulous, memorable family occasion.
This Pavilion sight has been the site of many photographs, holiday cards with the beautiful natural background with seasonal foliage on the grounds surrounding the Pavilion.

The Pavilion coordinators can help with the details in choosing from menus and choosing the right set up for your big day and big events. We have certified staff to help serve your Guests for your special occasion.
The Pavilion rental is $2500 for the prime-time May through October, for a four (4) hour limit, which includes the following items:

Lake Fort Meadow Pavilion Rental Details
Food & Beverage Service:
All food contained on our menus are foods prepared and served from Bolton Street Tavern kitchen. The Chef’s and cooks are specialized and trained in preparation for large groups and parties. The servers are also well trained in giving wonderful attention to our Guests and taking care of the needs of the Guests to their best ability. The Function coordinator and staff will also be present during the special occasion for all your needs.
Bar Service:
Lake Fort Meadows Pavilion offers cash on delivery bar or open bar concepts.
Drinks are priced per glass/bottle. You are billed for the drinks consumed by your guests. If you choose the cash bar option, the guests will need to pay the server as the drinks are being served. There is no exception to liquor being bought and served from Lake Ft Meadow Pavilion. No outside food or beverage of any kind is allowed in the pavilion. Any outside drinks or food will be taken away. This includes favors with liquor in them. This is a Massachusetts Alcohol Commission Law.
Pricing:
The Hors d’oeuvres and Buffet prices are subject to 6.25% Massachusetts Sales Tax and 0.75% Local Meals and Beverage tax and 20% gratuity. The Pavilion charge is not subject to Massachusetts sales/beverage tax. Prices are subject to change. The prices are charged according to the prices at the time of your venue.

No smoking is allowed in the Lake Fort Meadow Pavilion

Lake Ft Meadows Pavilion and Bolton Street Tavern are not responsible for loss/stolen items or damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left prior, during or following the function.

A non-refundable $1500.00 deposit by cash, credit card or certified check must be paid to secure the Pavilion space.

No rice, birdseed or confetti can be used.

No nails can be secured to the woodwork, no tacks allowed. Please ask about removable Command strips

Attendance totals and buffet selection must be given by noon 1 week in advance. This is a guarantee. Not subject to reduction. The count will include the guarantee, or the actual served guests, whichever is greater.

In the event of declared weather emergency, all deposits or prepayments will be applied to another event to be scheduled within 90 days from the original date.

Dogs and other pets are not allowed on the grounds or pavilion areas per Board of Health and insurance policy restrictions.

No outside food is allowed in the pavilion or on the grounds.
